Salary and Welfare System

Employee Benefit System
We provide diversified employee welfare policies. In addition to providing labor insurance and health insurance for employees, we have also established an employee welfare committee to handle employee welfare matters. We strive to improve the workplace environment for employees through various efforts, including hard and soft facilities and activities for food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, and entertainment, and take care of employees' workplace life.
Welfare facilities: The company has social halls, video rooms, billiard rooms, basketball courts and other sports centers, well-equipped employee dormitories, parking lots, food supply and childcare facilities, etc. It also has a centralized (breastfeeding) facility for female employees.

Employee Compensation System

Salary structure:
- Basic salary

Salary adjustment mechanism:
- Market salary level: Participate in market salary surveys every year, and adjust salaries based on market salary levels and economic trends.
- Performance standards: Adjust employee salaries based on company operating performance and personal performance.
- Promotion standards: When employees receive promotion recognition, their salaries will also be adjusted immediately to encourage outstanding talents.
Employee Retirement System
Implementation status of the retirement system: The company has employee retirement regulations and has established an employee retirement fund supervisory committee in accordance with the law, which is responsible for the custody and utilization of retirement reserves. In addition, retirement reserves are allocated every month based on 2% of employees' salaries for the month and are deposited in a special account in the Bank of Taiwan as a source of funds for pension payments. The payment and calculation method of pensions are in accordance with relevant regulations such as the Labor Standards Act and the Labor Pension Ordinance.
For those who choose the Labor Pension Ordinance from July 1, 2005, the original seniority will be retained, and when they retire, the pension will be calculated according to the standard pension payment standard for the retained seniority. The monthly pension contribution is 6% of the individual's salary and is deposited into the special labor pension account set up by the Labor Insurance Bureau. For those who voluntarily contribute to the pension, the voluntary contribution rate will be paid from the employee's monthly salary on their behalf. Withhold it to the special personal pension account of the Labor Insurance Bureau.
