In order to ensure quality during processing::

1.    The company has clearly formulated "Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)" for each operation, which are distributed and taught to each operator. 
2.    Strictly require compliance with specifications and record work quality. 
3.    In addition to routine record reviews, compliance is regularly checked through "internal audits" to ensure quality that satisfies customers. 
4.    If any non-compliance is found during the inspection, improvements will be made immediately and responsibilities will be held accountable.
5.     Review system operations annually and seek improvements where possible.

In order to ensure the quality of factory products

1.    According to the market and customer needs, the factory quality standards for physical and chemical properties and fastness of various products are clearly defined.
2.     Through strict "independent inspections" and "sequential inspections" by operators of each machine during the manufacturing process, we ensure that the processing quality is normal and error-free.
3.    Intermediate inspection and finished inspection inspect the appearance, feel and color consistency (head and tail, left and right, side to side, cylinder to cylinder) of semi-finished products and finished products.
4.    Before delivery to the warehouse, samples will be taken and sent to physical property inspection personnel for cropping and fastness inspection according to the inspection items required by the customer, and the results will be input into the computer.
5.    Those who fail to pass the inspection will be controlled by computer settings. Unless improvement measures are taken, orders will not be issued for shipment, thus effectively preventing the outflow of defective products.
