1983

It was established in the Dayuan Expanded Industrial Zone on October 19, 1983, with a paid-in capital of NT$190.28 million. Its main business is processing, dyeing and finishing on behalf of customers

1984

In September of the 1984, the dyeing and finishing staple fiber factory was established and officially put into operation. It operates the continuous press dyeing and finishing processing of cotton, T/C, T/R and other short fiber woven fabrics.

1985

The new factory has been in operation for half a year and has been approved as a "Grade A Quality Control" factory by the Commodity Inspection Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. In October, it was selected as the "Quality Control Outstanding Factory" for the 1985 by the Commodity Inspection Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and was invited to hold "Quality Control Outstanding Factory". "Observation Meeting" invites domestic peers to visit.

1987

Fully introduce the "MIS computer production and sales information management system" to improve production efficiency and marketing service quality.

1991

Mr. Chen Ze, the chairman of the board of directors, retired at the end of the year. The executive board of directors elected Mr. Chen Renfa as his successor.

1992

Passed the assessment by the British SGS YARSLEY company, and obtained the international  standard organization "ISO-9002", the European "EN 29002", and the British "BS 5750 PART 2" quality assurance certification, becoming the first company in the textile dyeing and finishing industry to receive this honor

1993

The expansion plan of the dyeing and finishing long fiber factory has been completed and put into production. The products are expanded to press dyeing, dip dyeing and cold dyeing finishing processing of short fiber, long fiber and interwoven long and short fiber woven fabrics.

The "Computer Integration (CIM) Whole Plant Automation Investment Plan" was reviewed and approved by the Industrial Bureau, becoming the first company in the dyeing and finishing industry to pass this review.

Selected by the "Energy Technology Service Center" affiliated to the Ministry of Economic Affairs as a demonstration factory for "energy conservation" guidance in the textile industry.
 

1994

Passed the Hong Kong ITS (Inchcape Testing Services) company assessment and obtained "Marks & Spencer Laboratory Certification".

1995

Passed the quality verification by the British COURTAULDS (now LENZING) company and obtained the authorization number to use the TENCEL Ò trademark.

1996

On December 5, 1996, the company's shares were officially listed on the centralized market, with a paid-in capital of NT$884,756,000

1997

In July 1997, Baoqiang Construction and Development Co., Ltd. was established to enter the construction development business.

1998

In cooperation with the Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the "APEC Cleaner Production Factory Observation Seminar" was held, inviting distinguished guests from Asia-Pacific countries to observe the results of our factory's environmental protection efforts and its performance in promoting industrial waste reduction. Passed the assessment by the British SGS company and obtained the "ISO-14001" international standard organization "Environmental Management System" certification. Obtained a majority stake in Bo Sheng (Vietnam) Textile Co., Ltd. and later changed its name to Qiang Sheng (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. to engage in printing OEM business.

1999

Passed the evaluation by the Swiss TESTEX company and obtained the "Oeko-Tex Standard 100" environmental label certification.

2001

Passed the "ISO 9001:2000" international standard organization "Quality Management System" certification. The company is certified by DuPont Lycra Laboratories.

2002

Our company has passed the brand NEXT laboratory certification.

2003

The company has passed the laboratory certification of brand owner PUMA. 
The company has passed the laboratory certification of brand owner Adidas.

2004

Apply for and implement the Ministry of Economic Affairs project "Environmentally friendly fiber Lyocell fabric desizing, refining and weight reduction combined engineering technology development plan". Obtained two verification marks of "Nylon UV Resistance" and "Nylon Moisture Absorption and Quick Drying" from TFT Taiwan's functional textiles.

2006

Signed a "weaving process monitoring technology" contract with the Textile Industry Research Institute to jointly develop a "fabric inspection machine defect collection system."

2008

The application for the "Digital Dyeing and Finishing Collaborative Design and Development Plan" to the Technology Department of the Ministry of Economic Affairs was successfully implemented.

2009

Applied to the Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs for the "Strong Sheng Dyeing Whole System Value Chain Electronicization Project" and was approved for subsidy. Obtained adidas Level 2+ (Plus) laboratory certification. Comprehensively updated the company's computer system, completed the introduction of the ERP system developed by the Textile Research Institute, and continued to deepen the company's informatization level. Obtained ISO 14064-1 Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory and Verification Certificate.

2010

Completed the two-in-one phased task of the long and short fiber plant, centralized processing of the two production lines of long and short fiber, and streamlined the organization. Obtained ISO 14001:2004 certification from SGS evaluation. Obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification from SGS evaluation. Implemented and completed the "Electronization Plan for the Value Chain of Qiangsheng Dyeing System".

2011

Obtained adidas Level 3 laboratory certification. Obtained product carbon footprint BSI verification statements for three products including Polyester fine denim, Polyester elastic and Nylon.

2012

Baoxing International Co., Ltd. was established to engage in the international trade of textiles.

2013

Apply to obtain Cradle to Cradle verification for 100% poly and Poly 65%/cotton 35% products.

2014

In order to introduce strategic partners to build a factory that integrates weaving, dyeing and garments and strengthen the sports brand channel, we released our shares in Qiangsheng Vietnam and Baoxing International Company through capital increase. After the share release, the company held shares in Qiangsheng Vietnam and Baoxing Company. As a result, the ratio dropped below 50% and was no longer included in the consolidated statements.
In order to integrate the group's resources and improve its overall competitiveness, Xuqiang Investment Co., Ltd., a 100%-owned subsidiary, was simply merged and canceled its 15,142,388 shares of the company. After the cancellation, the company's paid-in capital was RMB 1,732,683,810.

2015

Apply to Swiss Bluesign technologies ag for Bluesign@ technology certification for cotton, T/C, T/R and other long and short fibers.

2017

Add continuous sludge drying equipment to achieve the goal of halving sludge, reduce waste generation, and do our part for the environment. Passed the Swiss Bluesign@ technology certification and became a partner of the Swiss Blue Sign technology company.

2018

2019

Implement corporate social responsibilities and protect the human rights of foreign employees.
