CHYANG SHENG TEXING Dyeing and Finishing aims to listen to the diverse voices of stakeholders and establish multi-directional communication channels in order to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Therefore, through the identification and communication with stakeholders, we accurately understand the three major concerns of stakeholders regarding the company's economy, environment, and society. At the same time, we review the major issues of the previous year and consider the sustainable development trends and policies of the competent authorities. Promote and establish a list of major issues as a reference for the development of management policies.
While pursuing company growth, we also attach great importance to the opinions and suggestions of all stakeholders. In order to achieve effective communication with stakeholders, Qiangsheng Dyeing and Finishing adopts different communication channels.

Complaints and Reports
The company has a "Complaint and Prosecution Procedure" and has an employee opinion mailbox: democrat@csgroup.com.tw; an external whistleblower mailbox: public@csgroup.com.tw to provide employees or outsiders with the opportunity to complain about illegal or improper actions that harm the rights and interests of employees. Complaints or reports may be filed when measures or decisions are taken, or when issues related to behavior that violate work regulations, ethical codes of conduct or ethical business practices are discovered. If the complaint/report is found to be true after investigation, if the violator is an employee, he or she will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations of the company. Any violation of laws and regulations will be dealt with in accordance with the law.
We value the opinions of shareholders and have a spokesperson system and investor relations liaison window to protect the rights and interests of investors.
